THE ARRIVAL

At first, I was quite sad when we were informed that we are not able to stay at Dengkil due to S.O.P reason. I am disappointed that I couldn’t experience my foundation life at Dengkil where it supposed to be but instead, we get sent to Puncak Alam. I had no idea what was coming. It took me 5 hours journey from Johor to Puncak Alam, quite a long ride. I am really nervous at that time since I don’t know who are my housemates were going to be. After I finished with the registration, we went to the hostel by bus since it is quite the distance from the main hall to the hostel. Fortunately, I am placed in the same house with one of my classmates, Rizwan Naim, and the other guy named Syafiq, also known as Piqo. I felt so lucky to have them as my housemates since they are so nice to each other. After finished unpacking my stuff, I went to café dahlia.

OH DAHLIA!

The best café I have been to ever in my life. At first, I had very low expectations for the food here since it is my first day and only a few stalls open. The next week all of the stalls are open for business and offers a variety of delicious food. I could eat there every day for the rest of my life. I only went to Dahlia just for lunch since I woke up at 12 pm every day. I would have my lunch there together with my classmates. We would be there all day until the sun goes down. It was fun.

PTAR

Perpustakaan Tun Abdul Razak is probably one of the best library I have ever been to. The library is big and beautiful placed in the middle of the campus. It stairs are popular among students for taking picture. Every class would have a class photo there including us. The library consists of 4 levels. Ground floor is just for the surau and the other 3 floors are filled with books that you can read. My favorite spot is the 4th floor, there are sofas that you can rest on and lay down after a tiring day or you can walk around looking for books. I used to be there all day to study because of it’s environment that calms me. One day I would like to visit PTAR again.

FAREWELL

After a month of staying in Puncak Alam, I started to fall in love with the place. At first, it was hard for me to accept the fact that I am unable to stay at Dengkil but the longer I am staying at Puncak Alam, the more I love the place. It was my home. Unfortunately, we had to move to Dengkil since the Covid situation is finally getting better after quite some time. I am so sad to leave this place because I have built an emotional connection to this place and leaving it would be hard for me. There is nothing I can do since we are just following orders. So, we packed our belongings and start the moving procedure. It was tiring, physically and emotionally.

i hope my lecturer don't read this
